Job Description
North Bridge Rd * Salary$2200-$2600 * Work Week5 * Min. QualificationN-Level * Experience1-2 years * / Requirement
- Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding
- Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipment and documentation
- Able to handle full set of Import/Export documents
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Possess initiative and meticulous in work
- Knowledge in Consolidated shipment is an added advantage
- Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping documentations and L/C negotiations
- Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfillment
- Work closely with various departments and logistics service providers
- Liaise with clients on shipments issues
- Assist to plan for outgoing shipments
- Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
