Job Description
Description
- To arrange transportation for Subcontract parts and Internal Shifting
- Arrange transport for local deliveries and collections
- Work with internal, external, aftermarket sales teams, and project departments on sales order shipments
- Plan how items should be packed, taking into account special shipping instructions from sales administration
- Work with Warehouse to ensure that items are loaded out correctly
- Coordinate with forwarding company on Export arrangement
- Handle imports and exports (sales orders, inventory, non-inventory, misc shipments)
- Prepare and ensure that all documents and preparations are in place
- Ensure that all documentations are completed after shipment Eg: delivery order and shipping documents
- Ensure shipments are delivered on-time and in the most cost-efficient manner
- Work with customers on shipping arrangements
- Other duties as assigned
