Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate with customers, forwarders, logistics vendors and internal teams on shipment readiness and ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Work with Senior on incoming and outgoing shipment schedules with logistics vendors and freight forwarders
- Liaise with internal teams on space allocation for incoming shipment
- Coordinate and manage all other transportation-related processes for import and export shipment
- Work closely and actively follow up with various internal teams to fulfil customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests on customs-related queries and documentation
- Assist or take on any other duties as required and assigned
- Diploma in related discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of shipping incoterms and air/sea export shipment practices would be an advantage
- Highly resourceful in gathering needed information to fulfil customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and documentation requirement to facilitate customs clearance
- Good communication skills and bilingual in both Mandarin and English
- Organized, responsible, committed and pro-active with a positive mindset
- Fast worker with a sense of urgency and good problem-solving skills
- Strong team spirit with common goal of meeting timelines and resolving issues together
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Able to maintain composure in stressful and difficult situations
- Willing to work and support after office hours when required
