Shipping Coordinator ($2500 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Process custom declaration and bill of lading
- Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight
- Prepare and check import shipment documents
- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors
- Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up
- Liaising with overseas colleagues for shipping query
- On/ off-sites inventory stock take
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a shipping/ freight forwarding/ logistics industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
