Job Summary:

Gross Salary $2,300 - $3,000

AWS+1-2 Month VB (Subject to Company Performance)

Transport Allowance ($3.50/ attendance day)

Work Life Balance - End work on time

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm

Location: Jurong (Nearest Boon Lay MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to local & export sales enquiries via phone or email
• Generate and process sales order, delivery orders and invoices
• Coordinates goods availability and delivery date
• Prepare monthly sales report for local sales, export sales and outstanding reports
• Handling customer complaint
• Prepare complaint summary in monthly basis
• Prepare and checking shipping documents to ensure compliance with export rules and regulations
• Booking of cargo spaces & places insurance for shipments
• Liaising with customers, forward and transporters to collect the goods
• Prepare for import and custom declaration for exports
• Prepare all banking document for negotiation under letter of credit(LOC)
• Administrative duties (filling, recording)
