Job Responsibilities:
- To handle documentation and shipping arrangement.
- Handle LCL/FCL process for import / export.
- Manage daily operations and customer inquiries.
- Process imports and export shipment documentation - Singapore and APAC
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing etc
- Updating data record of checking information for shipments
- Liaise with port of authorities, customs officers, transport contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
- Daily inventory checks
- Liaise and follow up shipment with customers, forwarders, carriers, transporter and warehouses. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Level/Diploma in related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to perform multi-task, prioritize & time management
- Ability to organise, plan and implement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
