Job Description

1-2 years * / Requirement

Min GCE"N/O/A" level or it's equivalent
Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding
Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipment and documentation
Able to handle full set of Import/Export documents
Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding company
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication in both written and spoken English
Possess initiative and meticulous in work
Knowledge in Consolidated shipment is an added advantage
Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping documentations and L/C negotiations
Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfillment
Work closely with various departments and logistics service providers
Liaise with clients on shipments issues
Assist to plan for outgoing shipments
Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
