Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and communications via telephone and email.
Arrange and coordinate cargo shipments, including preparing shipping documents such as packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping labels.
Assist in preparing bill of lading (BL) documents when necessary.
Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee the pickup, delivery, and record-keeping of cargo.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to monitor and ensure smooth shipment processes.
Process permit documentation and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Support sales and operational activities, including administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
Maintain communication with sales personnel regarding bookings and operational updates.
Handle general administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics/Transportation specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Able to handle Chinese documents.
1-2 years of customer service experience in shipping, Freight Forwarding industry.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.
