Our client is a global trading company, with a diversified range of business activities in construction, engineering, energy and more. With over 4,900 employees and with over 70 global offices worldwide, we are looking for a vibrant and adaptable talent to join them as a Shipping Coordinator. This incumbent will be responsible for providing strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Details:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: Office hours
- Location: Raffles Place / Jurong Island
- Liaise with 3PL, bank and vendors to coordinate shipments
- Prepare and check shipping documents (B/L, AWB, PLCI)
- Liaise with internal logistics and shipping department for deliveries arrangements.
- Communicate with customers on all transaction matters and delivery ETA.
- Administrative duties (data entry, paperwork, filing)
- SAP experience is advantageous
- Ability to work and adapt well in teams
