Job Title: Ship Agent

- Monitor vessel arrival and departure closely to anticipate and address operational needs and challenges promptly.- Monitor cargo loading and unloading operations.- Handle cargo documentation, invoices, and inwards shipment.- Optimize utilization of resources to support cost efficient port call, including coordination of Ship Stores, Marine Services, Bunkering & Crew Changes.- Process all formalities and declarations in a timely manner to ensure smooth entry or departure of ships assigned.- Vessel attendance as and when is required to oversee operations and ensure smooth port handling.- Prepare quotations and proforma disbursements as required by clients, shipowners, and shipping lines.- Perform tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Manager.Job Requirements:
- No experience are welcome to apply; On-the-job training will be provided- Multitasking abilities to manage the demands of paperwork and on-site work effectively.- Flexibility to work irregular hours to cater to the different arrival times of ships, and adapt to unanticipated events and tight work schedules.Compensation:
