  • Able to start work immediately
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, handle full set of documents and follow up on Sea & Air shipments.
  • To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant export documentation and declarations (eg. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations and billings.
  • Ensure timely shipping instruction & manifest to carrier.
  • Perform general shipping functions including system data entries.
  • Follow up coordinate/communicate shipment information with vendors like shipping lines, shipping agents, transportation companies and overseas agents.
  • Declaration and monitoring of import & export bookings.
  • Prepare invoices for all jobs.
  • Handle complaints and dispute from customers and/or shipping lines.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company.
  • Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with both local & overseas clients and prospects.
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by management.

Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) : either Tuesday or Thursday will WFH : 1 hour lunch break between 12:00pm to 2:00pm
