Our client is a well known trading company dealing with Agro products, steel, Iron, etc. They have an immediate requirement
for a SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full spectrum of shipping operations and documentations.
Handle shipment coordination with suppliers, buyers, ship brokers and ship owners/agent, surveyors, insurance company to ensure smooth loading and delivery.
Full sets of shipping documents including liaison with banks on letters of credit negotiations, DA, DP Terms.
Ensure coverage of marine cargo insurances & charter\'s liabilities for all shipments.
Follow up on shipping claims and demurrage.
Experience with Agri products/steel/iron will be an added advantage.
Other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma in any field.
Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience in bulk, breakbulk & containerized shipments (any).
Working knowledge of UCP.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working attitude and keen to learn.
Possess initiative and able to work pro-actively with little supervision.
A good planner and an excellent team player to lead and motivate the team.

Job location : Raffles Place
Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : upto S$ 5K pm (open for negotiations)
