Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesale Trade
Position Title: Logistics/ Shipping Coordinator (Import & Export Documentation)
Working Location: Aljunied (8 mins walking from the MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM; Sat, 9AM-1PM; one Saturday off per month)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage all shipping documentation for both import and export activities.
Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates to internal departments.
Coordinate daily arrangements with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport providers.
Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Provide administrative support to the shipping and logistics team.
Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Prior experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is preferred.
Familiarity with import/export processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office and related logistics/shipping systems.
