2. Shipping Import Executive / Export Executive
(Ocean Freight Department)
Working Location: Jurong East
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm
Basic Salary: $2500-$30003. Shipping Assistant

• Salary : $2,500 - $3,000

Working Days: Monday - Friday 8.15am-5.30pm
Location: Tuas (Transport provided at Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT station)Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate freight charges for all shipments.
• Establish and maintain the shipping schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the supply chain team and forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and present them to the bank for negotiation.
• Keep customers informed about shipment status and address any inquiries regarding shipment movement and arrangements.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices from freight forwarders and ensure proper payment arrangements.
• Advise and provide freight cost information to the sales department.
• Organize and maintain shipping correspondence and file records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in handling Dangerous Goods (DG) being an advantage.

4. Logistics Administrator (Retail Industry)

• S$ 2,500 - 3,000

9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

• Billing and Invoicing: Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Order Fulfillment and Billing: Receive and process orders from e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee), ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouses to ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods.
• Partner Coordination: Collaborate with partners to resolve any logistical and payment issues .
• Data Entry: Accurately key in data for inventory, invoices, and orders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
