Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with appointed 4PL team, factory and external vendors on shipment operations.
- Liaise with shipping companies on all matters related to shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure shipments are in good order.
- Handle full spectrum of shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, L/C negotiation, certificate \xef\xbb\xbfof origin, bill of lading, etc) for submission to banks.
- Performing SAP data entry for every order (DO, shipment planning, shipment cost, goods issue, \xef\xbb\xbfbilling, etc) and ensuring the accuracy.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
