• Diploma in relevant field

• 1 to 2 years of experience in preparation of shipping documents.

• Can handle shipping systems, such as release D/O, dealing with Carrier\'s online systems

:

• Handling of sea import documentation

• Coordinating with customers for trucking and other activities needed for import shipments

• Liaising with truckers and carriers for release and delivery

• Creating of Arrival Notice and other shipping documents

• Liaising with shippers/suppliers/agents to coordinate the smooth handling of shipments - Other ad hoc duties

KPI:

• Timely reply to emails, 2-hour time frame for urgent enquiries, and same day reply for non-urgent emails.

• On time submission of shipping instructions to shipping lines before cut-off timing

• On time creation of Arrival Notice, to avoid any unnecessary port storage/ demurrage charges

• Accuracy on data entry

• Target of 30 jobs per month.

• Performance review will be based on attitude, accuracy of shipping documents and various others
