• Shipping Executive (Current Experience in Letter of Credit)

Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + AWS & variable Bonus

• Shipping & Logistic Executive

Salary: $3400- $4000
Address: Gateway West (Bugis)Responsibilities:

• Handled end to end shipping procedure including bank co-ordination, L/C checking and complete documentation & coordination with bank etc.
• Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division
• Liaise closely with the customer service on the actual cargo volume requirement
• Coordinate with warehouse operations for transfer of cargo
• Confirmation of shipping documents, cross-check Bill of Lading with overseas agent.
• Pre-alert of shipment and liaising of shipment issue with overseas agent.
• Update of shipping data to the in-house system
• Performing issuing of invoices of shipments upon receiving confirmation of billing charges and costing.
• Perform issuing of other invoices, manage filing and adhoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holder
• Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in handling all shipping documentation thru Letter of Credit.
• Proficient in MS office
• Short Notice Preferred
