Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client orders and shipments. Coordinate with 3PL/4PL partners, transporters, and freight agents. Update inventory and track movements in WMS. Process billing and invoices via system modules. Build client relationships with prompt, professional support. Handle ad-hoc logistics and admin tasks.

Essential Qualifications

2-3 years in freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics. Strong knowledge of shipping ops, documentation, and TradeNet certification (mandatory for customs/import-export permits). Familiar with WMS and client service processes. Self-motivated and independent.
