Import Executive

• Monitor shipment ETD & ETA date and ensure receipt of shipping documents from supplier
• Issue import work order to forwarder and warehouse for import clearance and cargo receiving purposes
• Check and ensure the accuracy of unstuffing report. For discrepancies, damage and torn bags, to report to Manager for follow up with supplier
• To ensure that complete full set of shipping documents (signed COA & Work order, HC, Permit, damage photos (if any) are available in share point for each work order once work order is posted in Navision
• Monthly GST Report compilation
• Monthly Insurance Declaration report

Export Manager

• Monitor and ensure all customs permit declaration are complying with Singapore (and other countries such as Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Middle East, Bangladesh and etc) Customs Regulations and Procedures Working closely with Executive Chairman & Joint CEO to serve new/existing customers
• Vendor management with contractors/hauliers/transporter and all business-related vendors
• Negotiate best freight rates offered for the routes of shipments by forwarders, booking of vessel
• Manage and prepare the full sets of shipping document (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, customers\' required certificates, insurance policy, beneficiary\'s certificate, bank draft, bank schedule and other required document) base on Letter of Credit
• Lead and manage ISO9001 records
• Preparation and managing of sales contracts, forecasts, and reports, analyzing of all reports

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent related qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in manufacturing or relevant industry
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications and other relevant software (eg. Navision)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
