Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process export shipments in a cost-efficient manner. Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner. Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing clients of the status of their shipments.
