Job Description

5days, 10am - 7pm, Pasir PanjangJob Scopes:

• Handling import & export shipping documents
• Handling PO, DO, and billing
• Key in invoices (packing list , check BL, form D), using in XERO system
• Generating invoices to the closing of files
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overstocking to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties
