• Well Established Company * Basic $2500 - $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus * Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression * Working location: Ubi * Working days : Monday to Friday Well Established Company Basic $2500 - $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Ubi Working days : Monday to Friday Working hours : 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities: Execute shipments with appointed Air/ Ocean / Transportation forwarders Identify supplier invoice or sales invoice to nominate Air/ Ocean LCL shipments for both imports and exports Liaise with forwarders for pick up dates and to establish flight dates for arrivals and truck deliveries and vice versa Preparation of Shippers Letter of Instruction [SLI] for both incoming and outgoing shipments Check draft airway bill and ocean bill of ladings provided by forwarders Monitor shipments and liaise with Air forwarders for smooth and FAST turn-around Linkup Work closely with warehouse on cargos readiness for both SG deliveries and pick up Report both incoming and outgoing documents status to the team and report damage upon receiving cargos Responsible for physical incoming and outgoing cargos Scan incoming and outgoing documents for shipping and deliveries Any other duties that may be assigned when required Requirements: Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience handling shipping documents, receiving, and releasing of cargos from warehouse Physically fit to carry/unload heavy objects Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
