Our client is a trading company dealing in petrochemical polyolefins and plastic raw material.
They have an immediate vacancy for a Shipping & Logistics Executive.
Shipping and logistics coordinator person who will be responsible with day-to-day shipping, logistics and documentation.
- Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
- Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
- Data entry & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, bills
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field.
- Min 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience.
- Import Export or Shipping environment knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, excel and power point.
- Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.
Work week : Mon-Fri
Salary : $3000-4000 pm (open to discuss)
