Job Description


  • Letter Of Credit / LC Exp
  • Shipping Documentation Exp
  • No Exp Are Welcome To Apply - Training Provided
Job Scope:
  • Prepare import / export shipping document based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration
  • Monthly reporting
  • Liaison and coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
  • Prepare Sales and Purchase contracts
  • Provide admin support to the department
Requirements:
  • Possess Shipping experience in LC & Shipping Documentation
  • No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
