Job Summary:

• Working location: Central Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary Range: up to S$ 5500 (dep on experiences) + VB (averagely 2 to 3 months bonuses based past year record)

Primary Responsibilities

• Handling new trades given by traders from time after Trade
• Monitor, track and report throughout the lifespan of a contract including monitoring the overall container book size over different origins and destinations, contracts drafting, calculation of Provisional and Final Price and monitoring counterparty exposures
• Responsible for Daily Physical position reporting and ensure that foreign currency trades are hedged to USD
• Client account maintenance and liaison with Accounts and Group Risk teams; Work closely with Treasury and Trade Finance Departments
• Responsible for preparing and sending contracts to counterparties on a timely manner
• Review of contractual terms to ensure they are in compliance with corporate policies
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including traders, shipping operations, pricing/futures, finance from other regional offices, clients and suppliers.
• Generate business reports and input cost, allocate and split contracts from in-house Business IT system
• New counterparty assessment and limits creation
• Adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
