The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work in an US MNC
  • Location: West (Company Transport)
  • Salary: Up to $3,500 (Subjected to experience)

The Requirement:
  • Degree & above
  • Entry-level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good learning attitude, Meticulous & Independent
:-
  • Order processing, purchasing and shipment using ERP system
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and to customers
  • Liaise with warehouse, insurer, forwarder and bank in preparing the goods for export with the required documents
  • Follow up with distributors for payment and shipment confirmation
  • Maintain record of orders and shipment
  • Prepare monthly sales turnover projection
