A leading international firm is actively seeking a high-calibre shipping Partner to join its respected Singapore office. This is a rare opportunity to join a team with an established global shipping presence, deep-rooted client relationships, and a superb platform for further growth.
The team advises a broad spectrum of clients, including P&I clubs, shipowners, charterers, energy companies, and financial institutions. The incoming Partner will bring significant experience in wet shipping matters - covering collisions, salvage, total loss, pollution, and casualty investigations - alongside the ability to handle the contentious fallout through litigation or arbitration.
The firm offers an outstanding international network, full-service support across complementary areas, and the infrastructure to support lateral hires effectively. While the team is collaborative and well-integrated, candidates will be expected to bring a substantial portable practice in the region of USD$1.3 million.
Singapore-qualified or England & Wales-qualified lawyers with strong Asia-Pacific experience will be of particular interest. This is a leadership-level role and will suit someone looking to further their practice within a firm that values both autonomy and collaboration.
