Shipping Supervisor (manufacturing)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all shipping functions\xef\xbb\xbf are established and continuously improved
- Ensure all appropriate systems, procedures, documentation and performance indicators
- Keeping accurate reports, including daily and monthly reports.
- Make sure all shipping activities is in compliance with documented procedures and discrepancies are identified and appropriately addressed.
- Liaise with plant customers and with freight forwarders for solving issue.
- Assure that the department understands and achieves expected levels of customer service, response time, follow-up, creditability and availability.
- Develop goals and objectives for the department consistent with corporate objective, improve teamwork and growth in individual professional competence.
- Provide ongoing coaching, leadership and supervision to all staff in shipping department.
- Facilitate on-time and quality shipments.
- Schedule finished product delivery methods and work closely with sales personnel on customer impact.
Requirements
- Diploma and above
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory experience and SAP knowledge
