Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and provide advice on aquarium fish care, feeding, and tank maintenance * Maintain cleanliness and health of aquariums, including water changes, tank cleaning, and monitoring water quality * Feed and care for aquarium fish and other aquatic animals according to established schedules * Receive, unpack, and properly acclimate new stock of fish and aquatic products * Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately * Assist in maintaining overall shop cleanliness and display arrangements * Provide after-sales service and support to customers * Follow safety and hygiene protocols in handling aquatic livestock

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and able to work independently or as part of a team * Willingness to handle live animals and perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment or cleaning tanks * Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required * Good communication and interpersonal skills
