Achieve sales and quality goals for the store.
Lead, train, and motivate the team.
Plan and assign daily tasks to staff.
Ensure high service standards and give feedback.
Organize store operations and maintain smooth workflow.
Manage stock levels, place orders, and check deliveries.
Optimize delivery plans and storage areas.
Coordinate with management and other departments; provide reports as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
