Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target and manage outlet\'s sales performance.
  • Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations.
  • To deliver excellent customer service to the customers by demonstrating thorough knowledge of the brand and products.
  • Manage and maintain store facilities.
  • Monitor merchandising and visual display.
  • Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement.
  • Provide direction and guidance to staff.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma/GCE\'A\'/\'O\'/\'N\' level with at least 3 years working experience in the health supplement industry and related fields in product function.
  • Ability to self-motivate, decisive and results-oriented with a passion in retail sales and health supplements.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
  • To work in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment
