Responsibilities:

Achieve sales target and manage outlet\'s sales performance.
Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations.
To deliver excellent customer service to the customers by demonstrating thorough knowledge of the brand and products.
Manage and maintain store facilities.
Monitor merchandising and visual display.
Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement.
Provide direction and guidance to staff.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma/GCE\'A\'/\'O\'/\'N\' level with at least 3 years working experience in the health supplement industry and related fields in product function.
Ability to self-motivate, decisive and results-oriented with a passion in retail sales and health supplements.
Excellent communication and numerical skills
To work in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment
