We are looking for individuals who are passionate in beauty, motivated to push sales and dedicated to grow with us in the long-term, to join our Beauty team.As a Shop Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our skincare and makeup products.JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support daily operations at outlet
• Demonstrate and provide professional advice; promote products according to customer needs
• Build and establish good customer relationship
• Ensure shop display is aligned with brand image
• Maintain high level of shop cleanliness and hygiene
• Lead and Motivate a group of Beauty Advisor
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Good Knowledge/Passionate in Skincare and Cosmetics
• Sales Driven and Motivated
• Outgoing and Confident
• Willing to work on rotating retail shift, weekends and public holiday
• At least 4 years of relevant beauty retail experience
• Strong leadership skills
