Staff & Customer Management
Lead and motivate a team:
Supervise and guide retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Customer service:
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Training:
Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and sales techniques.
Scheduling:
Develop and manage staff schedules, assigning duties to ensure smooth operations.
Store Operations & Inventory
Inventory control:
Monitor inventory levels, oversee the receipt and storage of goods, perform stock checks, and ensure accurate stock records.
Store appearance:
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
Promotional activities:
Implement promotional activities and plan in-store events to drive sales.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Reporting & Performance
Sales monitoring:
Track and report on sales performance and customer service metrics.
Performance analysis:
Analyse sales data and suggest strategies for improvement.
Budget management:
Contribute to managing the store's budget and resource allocation.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
Conflict resolution:
Handle conflicts among staff and between customers and employees.
Escalate issues:
Escalate complex issues that require management intervention to the store manager or higher authorities.
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
