Job Description
Accounting Officer
Period : 3 months contract (renewable base on project)
Salary : $12/hr
Working Days/Hours: 5 days work week / Officer hour
Working Location : Somerset
Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting - Manage day-to-day accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting - Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
- GST Compliance & Projects - Oversee GST reporting, submissions, and drive GST-related system/process improvements.
- Finance Operations - Oversee payables, receivables, treasury functions, and streamline finance processes.
- Finance Projects & Transformation - Lead or support finance improvement initiatives, systems upgrades, and cross-functional projects.
- Management Reporting - Deliver timely management reports, financial analysis, and business performance insights.
