LavaVella is a Singapore-based studio crafting distinctive brassware for homes, hospitality, and design-forward spaces. Every piece we make carries the soul of intentional design and the character of craftsmanship. Our showroom is where these stories begin with clients discovering the fine details that bring meaning to their space.





We're looking for a part-time team member who is dependable, warm, and takes pride in creating calm, confident customer experiences. This role blends customer interaction with retail operations in a thoughtful, well-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and guide walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries clearly and promptly Follow up with leads within 1-2 working days Assist with preparing and fulfilling customer orders (packing, checking, coordination) Help maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom Assist with receiving and organizing new pieces from our production team Update order and lead tracking using Google Sheets and Asana (training provided) Assist during showroom appointments and client visits

Requirements

Available 3 to 4 days a week (Monday to Saturday only) Speaks and writes clearly in English Familiar with WhatsApp and comfortable using Google Sheets Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Pays attention to detail and takes pride in consistency Past experience in retail, interiors, or customer service is a plus Interest in design, interiors, or handcrafted work is welcome but not required

Joo Chiat Road, Singapore


Showroom hours: 10:00am-7:00pm on weekdays, 10:00am-5:30pm on Saturdays


Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
