About the role

We are looking for a

Showroom Sales & Client Experience Executive

to join LavaVella, a Singapore-based studio specialising in handcrafted brassware. This role combines sales, customer service, and showroom support. You will be the first point of contact for clients -- both in person and online -- and play an important role in converting enquiries into sales while ensuring excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist showroom visitors professionally Respond to WhatsApp and online enquiries quickly and convert them into sales Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts when required Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships Update clients on order timelines and ensure smooth customer experience Maintain showroom presentation and displays Support with order tracking, stock-taking, and light operational tasks

Requirements

Strong communication skills (spoken and written English) Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Organised and detail-oriented Prior experience in sales, showroom, retail, interiors, or customer service preferred Interest in design, interiors, or craft is a plus
