We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Sichuan Cuisine Chef

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Sichuan cooking techniques, a strong sense of flavor, and a passion for creating authentic dishes that reflect the rich culture and heritage of Sichuan cuisine.


Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Sichuan dishes Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation Collaborate with kitchen staff and management on menu development Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Train junior kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sichuan cuisine chef (minimum 3 years preferred) In-depth knowledge of Sichuan ingredients, spices, and techniques Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Preferred Qualifications:



Candidates with a background or prior work experience in

Sichuan or Chongqing

are highly encouraged to apply, as familiarity with regional flavor profiles is a strong advantage.
