Responsibilities


Develop and maintain SICS modules in accordance with Bank functional and technical specifications. Perform coding, testing, and deployment activities for change requests and new implementations. Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver quality banking solutions. Support UAT and production release processes, including documentation and troubleshooting. Provide application support, investigate issues, and perform bug fixes within agreed SLAs. Ensure compliance with Bank internal security, risk, and audit policies.


Skills/Requirement


3-6 years of experience working on Silverlake SICS (core banking system). Good understanding of core banking functions (CASA, Loans, Cards, Payments, etc.). Strong development skills in Silverlake language (proprietary scripting), COBOL, or related tools. Experience with batch jobs, interface development, and system integration. Familiarity with relational databases such as DB2 or Oracle. Ability to work independently in a structured and fast-paced banking environment.
