Job Types: Full-time Onsite, 5 days
Job Responsibilities:
- To write and modify turning/milling CNC programs and create setup sheets using Siemens NX.
- To troubleshoot and assist machinists with CNC programming issues.
- To analyze, review, and recommend improvements to existing programs to increase machining efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
- To select and recommend tools purchases and/or new equipment to support product manufacturing.
- To lead with machining defect investigation, root cause analysis, and implement correct actions for manufacturing quality issues.
- To assess and provide feedback on product design and manufacturability-related issues.
- To design fixtures and tools for machining and sub-assembly products.
- Preferably with a minimum of 6 years of CNC machines/Programming experience.
- Minimum 4 years experience in the oil and gas industry performing programming work.
