\xc2\xb7 Good technical mastery of cybersecurity infrastructure principles and technologies (firewalls, proxies, reverse proxies, WAF, VPN...), public cloud solutions and cybersecurity standards & frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001/27002...)

\xc2\xb7 Technical knowledge of the principles and technologies (IPSEC & VPN SSL gateways, Load Balancers, Radius servers, Zscaler solution, Log management, Security rule orchestration) for on-premises & Cloud-based solutions

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in the context of IT service management and in automation, while ITIL certification is appreciated

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of the IS in general, its environments (Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud, Applications, ...) and standard computer protocols.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible through the management of Third-Party Security Maintenance, the design of infrastructures or the definition of developments necessary to maintain the quality of services offered to customers in a context of cost control, performance, and availability

\xc2\xb7 Supplier relationship management

\xc2\xb7 Management of business branch relations (privileged interlocutor of a branch)

\xc2\xb7 Operational management of the services corresponding to its scope within the framework of the ITIL approach:

• Incidents/Problems
• IT service requests

• Configuration and maintenance of the CMDB

\xc2\xb7 Within TGITS, this role is part of a team divided between different sites (Paris-La D\xc3\xa9fense, Pau, Singapore and Houston) which focus about IT Network Security and a local team in Singapore. The candidate interacts on a daily basis with the other technical and business teams in the Division, with various affiliates, as well as with the CISO (Information Systems Security Manager) teams of the TotalEnergies Group. Candidate will be at the forefront of infrastructure development projects and is required to develop technical and budgetary recommendations of the proposed solutions, ensuring that they are in line with user expectations, through an agile organization and focusing on continuous improvement approaches.
