Job Role: -Signavio Process Consultant
Job Location: - Singapore
Experience: -4-5 Years
Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN standards and Signavio or similar tools.
• Develop current and future state process models across people, process, information, and technology domains.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to capture processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Create business process hierarchies, value chains, organizational charts, and BPMN swimlane diagrams.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and process documentation for stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Work autonomously to prioritize tasks and deliver process solutions effectively.

Job Skills & Requirements:

• Strong business process analysis and modeling skills.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools (Signavio preferred, ADONIS, ARIS, iServer, etc.).
• Working knowledge of document management systems and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, MIRO).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Ability to work independently in diverse, virtual project environments.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 4 5 years of experience in business process modeling.
• Experience in SAP Supply Chain or similar systems preferred
• Background as a Functional Consultant or Super User preferred.
