About the job
Support the Finance Director with business accounting activities. This role will assist with administration and finance tasks and will be expected to help document and maintain the business\xe2\x80\x99 finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible of handle full set accounting and Treasury operation
- Manage in System Implementation
- Manage in GST Registration Process/
- Manage audit/tax queries and provide information as required by external auditors and tax agent
- Manage in budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Manage to prepare of monthly financial reports
- Prepare month reporting and quarterly GST Submission
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and administration support services
- Handle and maintain full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
- Process payments and receipts
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
- Perform and prepare year end closing accounts activities such as audit schedule
- General administrative duties and task.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Keen to learn and possess positive attitude, can do mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- This position reports to Finance Manager.
