Monitor and preparation of daily receipts/cash collection on timely manner
Prepare and process external legal counsel payments in relation to the daily receipts/cash collection and make wire transfers via banking platform
Processing of bill requests from Practice Group, ensuring that bills are issued in a timely manner in accordance with client requirements, Firm policies and procedures.
Responding to queries from those involved in the billing process, including partner\'s, fee earners, and secretaries
Perform ad hoc project in relation to billing for the Finance Team
Skills, experience and qualifications
Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum two years of relevant experience
