The Business Manager supports the Singapore and ASEAN Operations and Technology Head, and is part of the wider Asia Pacific Operations and Technology Business Management committee. The Business Manager serves the critical role of helping to drive the Singapore and ASEAN O&T management initiatives and efforts. The Business Manager oversees and executes initiatives and projects related to governance and oversight, risk and controls, regulatory compliance, transformation (including Citi's strategy refresh) and drives business momentum.
The Business Manager works in close partnership with the Singapore and ASEAN O&T Management Team, and O&T Business Operations community to drive the most important priorities across the franchise. The role is based in Singapore.
