Overview of the job

As the DC Analyst Specialist of the Business Unit, you will lead work related to 1) Invoice Management 2) Inventory planning and donation/disposal 3) SAP Master Data Management 4) Customization master data tracking 5) Support on SG Market Availability Analysis

You are required to start work at 7.30am.

Your team

This role reports to a Product Supply Senior Manager.

How success looks like

\xc2\xb7 Lead accurate & timely master data maintenance, inventory adjustments, invoice management and tracking, to avoid any interruption to business

\xc2\xb7 Lead end to end monthly donation and disposal process timely to keep NPI below threshold.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure timely data analysis and within threshold

\xc2\xb7 Create new or enhance existing capabilities around reporting to improve overall process excellence

\xc2\xb7 Market Availability Analysis support to meet customer service level requirements.

Responsibilities of the role

• Prepare Purchase orders for warehouse operations and submit invoice for backend payment clearance.

• Manage issues that may arise on invoicing/purchase orders and raise unresolved issues with Accounts Payable team.

• Track warehouse operations accounts, PO, invoice and spending

• Review inventories on a monthly basis to identify products meant for donation/disposal.

• Generate month end reports on inventory.

• Raise donation/disposal request for approval and direct vendor for execution.

• Inventory adjustment transactions in SAP for goods received/issued reconciliation.

• Non revenue order creation and direct vendor to for execution.

• Customization master data tracking

• SG Market Availability Analyst Support

Job Qualifications

• Minimum A\xe2\x80\x99Level / Diploma Qualification

• Strong written & verbal communication skills (English) to handle business conversations & work

• Strong Proficiency in Excel is a requirement. Knowledge & Experience in SAP, Power BI and Mircrosoft Word is prefered

• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision

• Can handle pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment with multiple priorities

• Capacity and Agility - Proven ability to lead several priorities effectively, comfortable with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs and priorities with strong follow through. A self-starter who can work independently and with a consistent track record of delivering results.

• Pro-active attitude and anticipatory. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment both internally and externally with all levels of people
