MAIN PURPOSE

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join Shiseido Marketing department. You will be involved in the conceptualisation and execution of marketing campaigns and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This internship will help you to acquire marketing skills and gain broad experience in marketing and to prepared you to enter any fast-paced work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• eCommerce - Maximise brand exposure and provide a consistent brand communication across all platforms (brand website, retailers' social media platforms & websites, pure players' shop-in-shop) to drive sales
• Social Media Management - plan and execute monthly content calendars, monitor social media channels for trending news and ideas and community management
• Campaign Management - Assist in marketing campaign planning to ensure a successful launch across KOL campaigns, PR, Digital, CRM, and all other communication touchpoints
• Visual Merchandizing - ensure visuals, tools and videos are well implemented and displayed across all stores
• Creative - design and develop all marketing collaterals

• Undergraduates studying in the business or arts faculty
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and Cloud
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Has an eye for aesthetics and details
• Possess a passion for the beauty industry
• A motivated team-player who is creative, resourceful and able to work independently
