The Business Risk Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual. Roles and Responsibilities Country Records Management Program Lead

• In charge of coordination, implementation and oversight of the Records Management (RM) programs country, ensuring compliance with the Records Management Policy and Standards in Business, Global Function and Region
• Single point of contact for the Global Records Management Office for assigned business sector or function
• Coordinate roll out on Records Management Governance tools
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adherence to the applicable retention schedule, facilitate annual reconciliation of inventory and report to Global Records Management any risks and mitigation activities related to the Program
• Liaise with Business Units and Legal to coordinate updates to retention schedules and integrate records management requirements into business processes and IT systems to drive proper classification, storage and disposal of records.
• Implement risk-based continuous improvement processes, and periodic reviews of RM procedures
• Manage the Master Record Catalog for the country retention schedule

Singapore OTBRC Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) Coordinator

• Oversee timely and proper execution of MCA activities, including the annual and quarterly assessment, adoption of standard and enterprise management profiles, analysis of key issues, control gaps and mitigating issues from the quarterly results
• Perform MCA testing for OTBRC owned controls

O&T Risk and Control

• Support Core OTRC activities in the execution of the overall Risk and Control oversight and governance including CAPs and Issue management, reporting and escalation of key metrics, and analysis of key risk trends based on Internal Audit, Corrective Action Plans, MCA, Key Risk Indicators, Ops Losses, etc.
• Publish periodic reports of O&T risk and control status to be consumed in country governance forums

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related business experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and proactive leadership
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
