As a Japan-originated, global company with our footprint in over 60 countries, we are dedicated to delivering innovative treatments and digital solutions for eye health and addressing vision-related social issues for people around the world.PURPOSE OF ROLEThe Regional Supply Chain Analyst - IBP (Integrated Business Planning) & KPI Management will be part of SCM Asia Control Tower and is responsible to support end-2-end supply chain operations, Integrated Business Planning, KPI management reporting and improvement initiatives.This role will encompass monitoring of end-2-end supplies from sites to customers to ensure a timely and smooth flow of products. He/ She will support supply constraint management by preparing and reporting any supply risks to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, he/ she will support in the investigation of supply constraints/ issues, identify root causes and collaborate with respective functions (e.g Planning & LWD team) to resolve the issues and/ or expedite the shipments to the customers.For Integrated Business Planning, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading the IBP initiatives within the Regions. He/ She will be required to perform in-depth analysis related to IBP activities (e.g evaluate supply/ demand imbalances, inventory position etc) to provide insights and key business decisions. Additionally, he/ she will support any change management activities and build a culture of continuous improvement.For KPI Management, he/ she will coordinate data from respective stakeholders/ functions, prepare reports and presentations to communicate actionable insights and findings to relevant stakeholders. He/ She will be required to review and analyze gathered data to identify issues and provide recommendations that drive quicker strategic decisions. Additionally, he/ she will be required to streamline current reporting and implement new trackers/ dashboards to track monthly KPIs, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions more quickly.The Supply Chain Analyst will need to support Regional and/or Global projects and initiatives under SCM Asia Control Tower and help to manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects/ initiatives are delivered on time.The responsibilities can be grouped into below main areas:Supply Constraint Management:
