Assistant Engineering Officer (Production Engineering)- Woodlands - NO SHIFT
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Knowledge on using Autocad
- MS Office and Statistical Tools
- Establish work standard, process control standard, standard raw material chart and work distribution sheet for processing department
- Support production shops technically to solve process and quality non-conformance problems and failure cost reduction
- Review and maintain engineering documents for alteration or changes
- Recommend disposal method for non-conformed material and components
- Liaise with HQ design group on watch parts design alteration request
- Liaise with Japan QA group on watch parts Process Change (4M change) requests
- Plan, co-ordinate & follow-up on process rationalisation, outsourcing & incoming/outgoing work transference
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- ms such as bowls and jigs
- Provide technical support to production lines in productivity and quality aspect
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
