Job description
- Validate wireless charging and battery management ICs
- Troubleshoot and analyse root cause of application related issues
- Design and perform the tests/experiments to accomplish the above
- Obtain materials and create the tools to accomplish the above
- Understand the process of bringing an IC from conception to market
- Learn about the inner working of a wireless charging IC
- Learn about the electronics involved to safely fast-charge a mobile device battery
- Apply circuit analysis and electromagnetism in the wireless charging application
- Learn about Qi specifications
- Learn about the practical limits of circuit components and lab equipment
- Apply Design of Experiment for IC validation and solving customer issues
- Learn hands-on skills in handling and soldering SMDs and WLCSPs
- Learn about communication and cooperation with various internal teams and external customers
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Power Engrg, Electronics and Data Engrg, or equivalent
- Have good analytical skills and ability to learn new concepts
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have good interpersonal skills and ability to participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams
- Have a critical, systematic and inquisitive mindset
- Self-driven and independent
